The deadline has passed to submit a proposal.

If you submitted a proposal, we will inform you of the status of your proposal by August 5, 2024. If accepted, you will need to indicate your plan to attend and present at the WITESOL Conference by registering for the conference by September 3, 2024. Presenters who do not register and pay for conference registration by September 3rd will lose their session. At that point, alternates will be contacted and will have until September 16th to register and pay for the conference registration.
