Professional Biography
Claire Bradin Siskin directs the ESL Writing Online Workshop (ESL-WOW) Project at
Excelsior College in Albany, New York. She is a past chair of the CALL Interest Section as well
as the Professional Development Committee of TESOL. She serves on the editorial boards of
both Computer Assisted Language Learning Journal and CALICO Journal. Her principal
interests are faculty development and the effective use of technology in language learning. See

Bradin Siskin is especially interested in demystifying technology for ESL/EFL educators and
teaching them about its effective use. She has conducted workshops in Egypt, Portugal, Dubai,
Romania, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, Brazil, Japan, Indonesia, and Taiwan.
